RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At 251Steel, we stand behind the quality of our brackets and hope you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return/refund by phone at (888) 763-7632 or email us at info@251steel.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be usable and in working order, not damaged. You must also send in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days please contact us at info@251steel.com by phone at (888) 763-7632.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@251steel.com and send your item to 5000-18 US Hwy 17 S, Fleming Island, FL 32003, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5000-18 US Hwy 17 S, Fleming Island, FL 32003, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note:

  • Brackets must be returned in good usable condition and with all included hardware and original packaging.
    Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received within 72 hours.
  • The original purchase price will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
  • The original shipping charge is not refundable.
